A 1972 showroom's second floor
Local SEO and targeted paid campaigns driving showroom footfall and online sales for an independent furniture retailer.

An independent retailer competing with nationals online
Homeflair has served Sheffield since 1972. Its showroom is personal, carefully curated and difficult to recreate online. National retailers, however, had far larger search footprints and Shopping budgets.
Digital accounted for less than 20% of sales. The Google Shopping feed had little structure, products competed with one another and broad search terms wasted spend. SEO activity covered only a small number of category pages, while email was limited to occasional newsletters.
The goal was to build a digital presence that matched the quality of the showroom and gave online sales room to grow.
Building the full engine
SEO foundation
A technical audit led into a local search strategy built around genuine showroom and product demand. Buying guides, room inspiration and care advice helped customers earlier in the decision process.
Google Shopping rebuild
We reviewed the product feed title by title, added labels for margin and stock, and separated hero, core and clearance ranges so each could use an appropriate bidding strategy.
Email automation
Welcome flow built for new subscribers with showroom introduction and top seller curation. Abandoned cart recovery launched within week one. Post-purchase sequence requesting reviews and introducing complementary pieces to increase basket value.
